MIXED USE HOSPITALITY
Created as a conceptual design located in the Southern Highlands.
The space has been designed to stand out and provide an experience that brings people together and facilitates the simplicity of reconnecting, escaping the hustle and bustle, and taking a moment for yourself and those you chose to connect with.
The key to the design is based on adapting the space to suit a broad target market as well as the weather conditions. The turfed roof provides a windbreak from the southerly winds to ensure guest comfort, whilst providing that wow factor within each of the spaces. The glass roofs provide a connection to the surrounding landscape and are designed to slide open for ventilation with roller blinds fitted to provide shade.
