BELLUCCI CUCINA
The brief was to design a mobile bar for Bellucci Cucina at Australia Square, Sydney.
The design accommodates multiple modes of use, including an additional service bar for peak Friday trade, a portable bar for events and exhibitions, and a flexible waiters’ station for restaurant service.
A removable canopy provides protection from changing weather conditions, while integrated LED lighting allows the unit to transition seamlessly from day to night service. Practical requirements have been considered, including power provision for a POS system and blender.
Magnetic signage has been incorporated to enable flexible branding and event-specific promotion.
