TATTERSALLS CLUB - HYDE PARK
Lane 5 is a grab-and-go, self-service café designed as a warm, social space that encourages connection through food and its natural setting.
The material palette draws on a relaxed Greekinfluence, reinterpreted in a contemporary context. A classic navy and white scheme softens the surrounding pool environment, introducing warmth and a familiar coastal character. Texture is layered through synthetic turf underfoot, enhancing the sense of informality and connection to nature.
Given the environmental conditions, the design prioritises durability and ease of maintenance, with robust, moisture-resistant materials throughout. VJ wall panelling is used to integrate the grab-and-go service area seamlessly into the overall architectural language of the space.
